Ingredients

  • Coconut Milk - 2 cups
  • Spices - bay leaf, cinnamon, Cloves
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Vegetables (optional) - potato, beans, carrots, peas, Cauliflower
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Easy Korma:

    1. Heat oil and add spices. Fry onion and ginger-garlic paste. Add tomatoes; close and cook.
    2. Add vegetables, salt, garam masala, and chilli powder, and fry them.
    3. Pour coconut milk and boil uncovered for 3 minutes.
    4. Add coriander leaves.
    5. Serve with idly and puri.
