How to Make

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Now add the urad and channa dal and saute until golden brown.
  • Add red chillies, salt and turmeric powder.
  • Now, mix the cooked rice in a large bowl with the fried ingredients.
  • Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve with chutney.
