  • 500 Chicken cleaned and cut into medium sized pieces
  • 50-100 g - methi/fenugreek leaves finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp - Ginger finely sliced or ground to a paste
  • Oil
  • 3 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • How to Make Easy methi ginger chicken:

    1. In a wok, heat oil, add cumin and allow to splutter
    2. Add ginger and fry for some time.
    3. Add chopped methi/fenugreek leaves and fry till oil separates.
    4. Add chicken and fry until water evaporates
    5. Add chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
    6. Cook the entire mixture for 10-15 minutes.
    7. Add water to make gravy and cook until done.
