  • Besan - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Cardamom - 2

How to Make Easy Mysore Pak

  • Mix ghee, powdered cardamom, sugar and little water in a non stick pan and heat it.
  • When it starts boiling, slowly add the besan and keep stirring continuously.
  • When the mass starts leaving the sides of the pan transfer it into a greased plate.
  • Do not press it with spatula. Instead,, shake the plate to spread it.
  • Keep the plate in water and thus both the outer and bottom layer will cool fast and the middle layer will become light brown in colour as it takes a little more time to cool.
  • Cut them before it cools completely.
