  • 2 cups - Maida
  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1 cup - Sugar (powdered)
  • 1 cup - dalda

How to Make Easy Naan Khatai

  • Sieve together maida, sugar, and besan. To this, add dalda (melted) and mix till it becomes a smooth dough.
  • Make small balls and make desired shapes out of it.
  • Bake at 150-200 degree C for 20 minutes.
