  • 1 cup - Besan
  • Oil - for mixing and for frying
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • Onion - finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - a little
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder

How to Make Easy pakoda

  • Mix all the dry ingredients. Add a little oil to it.
  • Then add a little water to make a thick batter.
  • Add onion and coriander leaves; mix well.
  • Heat oil in tawa, drop small scoops of the paste, and fry.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
