How to Make Easy Paneer Butter Masala

  • Add 1/2 cup of milk with the magaz and make a fine paste. Keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add onion and ginger paste, and fry till golden.
  • Add all the dry masala, tomato puree and fry for two minutes.
  • Add paneer, peas and fry for some time.
  • Add magaz paste and rest of the milk.
  • Cook on low heat for 5 mins.
  • Serve with roti or naan.
