Ingredients

  • 1 big - pineapple.
  • 1.5 cups - sugar.
  • 2 tbsp - ghee.
  • 8 to 10 - cardamoms.
  • 250 g - mava.
  • 2 cups - sponge cake crumbs| For garnishing:
  • 10 to 15 - cherries, chopped.
  • Any nuts, broken into pieces.

How to Make

  • Cut pineapple into slices and then cut into pieces.
  • Add sugar to it and cook till pineapple is tender but not dry.
  • In another pan, heat ghee, add cardamom seeds, and mava, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now add cake crumbs. Stir well. Add in cooked pineapple and cook for 5 minutes. Then remove from fire.
  • Decorate with chopped glazed cherries and chopped nuts.
