Ingredients

  • 1 big - pineapple.
  • 1.5 cups - sugar.
  • 2 tbsp - ghee.
  • 8 to 10 - cardamoms.
  • 250 g - mava.
  • 2 cups - sponge cake crumbs| For garnishing:
  • 10 to 15 - cherries, chopped.
  • Any nuts, broken into pieces.
  • How to Make Easy Pineapple Halwa:

    1. Cut pineapple into slices and then cut into pieces.
    2. Add sugar to it and cook till pineapple is tender but not dry.
    3. In another pan, heat ghee, add cardamom seeds, and mava, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
    4. Now add cake crumbs. Stir well. Add in cooked pineapple and cook for 5 minutes. Then remove from fire.
    5. Decorate with chopped glazed cherries and chopped nuts.
