readymade pizza base (if you don't want to make it at home) - 1
For toppings -
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
garlic - 1 clove (crushed)
onion - 1 (nicely chopped)
ginger - 1" (crushed)
tomato - 1 (cicely chopped)
tomato puree - 2 tbsp (instead of this you can add 1 more tomato)
coriander powder - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (or as per your taste)
garam masala (optional) - 1/2 tsp
cream / full cream milk - 6 tbsp
cottage cheese/paneer - 1 cup (cut into small cubes)
cheddar cheese - 1 cup (grated)
black pepper (optional) as per your taste
salt as per your taste
How to Make Easy Pizza
Heat oil in a pan. Put cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add crushed garlic after 15 to 20 seconds.
Then add onion and fry until golden brown.
After that, add crushed ginger and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomato and tomato puree and fry until oil separates from the mixture.
After this, add all the spices except garam masala.
Fry for 30 seconds.
Then add cream (preferably) / full cream milk and mix properly with masala.
Add paneer and saute well with the other things.
Let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add salt as per your taste.
Add garam masala.
Spread the above cooked mixture on the pizza base.
Spread the grated cheddar cheese over the pizza base.
Put this base in a preheated oven and bake on 225 degree centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes or when the cheese starts melting.
Take out from oven and cut into pieces.
Add black pepper as per your taste (optional). Note:
Instead of this topping you can also use leftover shahi paneer.
Just make it thick and spread over the pizza base.
Spread grated cheese over it and bake as above.
It's an Indian topping for pizza.
