Ingredients

  • readymade pizza base (if you don't want to make it at home) - 1
  • For toppings -
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 Clove (crushed)
  • Onion - 1 (nicely chopped)
  • Ginger - 1" (crushed)
  • Tomato - 1 (cicely chopped)
  • Tomato puree - 2 tbsp (instead of this you can add 1 more Tomato)
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (or as per your taste)
  • Garam Masala (optional) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cream / full Cream Milk - 6 tbsp
  • cottage cheese/paneer - 1 cup (cut into small cubes)
  • cheddar cheese - 1 cup (grated)
  • black pepper (optional) as per your taste
  • salt as per your taste

How to Make Easy Pizza

  • Heat oil in a pan. Put cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add crushed garlic after 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Then add onion and fry until golden brown.
  • After that, add crushed ginger and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add tomato and tomato puree and fry until oil separates from the mixture.
  • After this, add all the spices except garam masala.
  • Fry for 30 seconds.
  • Then add cream (preferably) / full cream milk and mix properly with masala.
  • Add paneer and saute well with the other things.
  • Let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add salt as per your taste.
  • Add garam masala.
  • Spread the above cooked mixture on the pizza base.
  • Spread the grated cheddar cheese over the pizza base.
  • Put this base in a preheated oven and bake on 225 degree centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes or when the cheese starts melting.
  • Take out from oven and cut into pieces.
  • Add black pepper as per your taste (optional). Note:
  • Instead of this topping you can also use leftover shahi paneer.
  • Just make it thick and spread over the pizza base.
  • Spread grated cheese over it and bake as above.
  • It's an Indian topping for pizza.
