Ingredients

  • Potato -6-8 medium sized.
  • Onion - 1 large.
  • Coriander - 1 small bunch
  • green chillies- 1- 2.
  • Cheese(grated) - 4 tbsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • How to Make Easy Potato Rosti:

    1. Boil the potatoes in a kadai until half done. Let it cool.
    2. Now peel the potatoes and grate them.
    3. Chop the onions and keep aside.
    4. Now heat butter in a kadai and saute the chopped onions until pink.
    5. Add the grated potatoes and the chopped green chillies.
    6. Then add the finely cut coriander leaves.
    7. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
    8. Pre heat oven at 350 degrees for 10 mins.
    9. Grease a baking tray and put the mixture in it.
    10. Top it with butter, add grated cheese and bake until reddish brown.
