Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - Prawns (deveined and chopped finely).
  • 3 to 4 - Green chillies (chopped finely).
  • 1/4 tsp - Ginger paste.
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic paste.
  • 2 eggs (beaten).
  • 1 Onion (chopped finely).
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander leaves.
  • 3 tbsp - gram flour.
  • 1 tbsp - Rice flour.
  • 1/2 tbsp - Corn flour.
  • 1 tbsp - plain flour.
  • Salt and pepper as per taste.
  • oil for Deep frying.
  • 2 tbsp - water.

How to Make

  • Mix all the ingredients except prawns.
  • Make dough of pakora consistency.
  • Fold in prawns.
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • deep fry prawn ball (one ball = 1 tbsp of mixture) till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
