Ingredients

  • Chinese okra (turai, beerakaya) - 1
  • Carrot -
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1/2 cup
  • Peas - 1/4th cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Channa dal - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil as required
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Easy Quick Mixed Vegetable Curry

  • Heat oil in a tava and roast fry channa dal and onion till transparent.
  • Add tomatoes and Chinese okra and saute.
  • Add carrot and peas. Close and cook, stirring intermittently.
  • After about 10 mins, add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  • Add milk and cook the vegetables in it.| Serve hot with chapatis.
