Ingredients

  • Chinese Okra (turai, beerakaya) - 1
  • Carrot -
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1/2 cup
  • Peas - 1/4th cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Channa dal - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil as required
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Easy Quick Mixed Vegetable Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a tava and roast fry channa dal and onion till transparent.
    2. Add tomatoes and Chinese okra and saute.
    3. Add carrot and peas. Close and cook, stirring intermittently.
    4. After about 10 mins, add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
    5. Add milk and cook the vegetables in it.| Serve hot with chapatis.
