Ingredients

  • 1 - medium sized bell pepper
  • 10 - dry Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Methi seeds
  • 1 tsp -urad dal
  • A pinch of Hing
  • 1tsp - Tamarind pulp
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • Salt and Sugar to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oils
  • 3 tsps - water
  • How to Make Easy Red Bell Pepper Chutney:

    1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry all the ingredients except bell peppers for 2 mins and set aside.
    2. Heat a tbsp of oil in the same pan and fry the bell peppers with salt and turmeric.
    3. Bring to room temperature and grind all the ingredients together with 3 tsps of water.
    4. Serve with hot rice.
