Ingredients

  • semolina - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 cup
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp
  • glazed cherries, chopped - 2 tbsp
  • cashew nuts, chopped - 2 tbsp

How to Make Easy Semolina Pudding

  • Mix corn flour with 1.5 cup milk.
  • Boil remaining milk.
  • Lower the flame, sprinkle remaining semolina, little at a time, stirring all the time.
  • Continue to simmer the mixture till semolina is well cooked and the mixture is like thick porridge.
  • Add the corn flour milk mixture and cook stirring for 2 more minutes.
  • Add sugar, cook for one more minute.
  • Remove from fire, add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a shallow pie dish.
  • Cool and keeping the refrigerator.
  • Serve chilled, cut into slices.
