Ingredients

  • 40 sev purees (ready made)
  • 150 g - thin fine sev (ready made)
  • 3 medium sized Onions (very finely chopped)
  • 4 medium sized boiled Potatoes (very finely chopped)
  • 1 medium sized bowl of sweet date chutney
  • 1 small bowl of Garlic chutney
  • 1 small bowl green chutney
  • juice of one Lemon
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves

How to Make Easy Sev Puri

  • Make the chutneys before hand and keep in the fridge.
  • Arrange about 6 to 8 puris in a quarter plate.
  • Place some chopped onions and potatoes on each puri.
  • Top it first with 1/4 tsp of garlic chutney, and then with a tbsp of sweet date chutney.
  • Top generously with sev, garnish with some lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately as it tends to become soggy.
