Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg- shrimp, cooked
  • 3 cups - uncooked white Rice
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Green peas
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 6 cups - water
  • soy sauce to taste
  • chilli sauce to taste
  • Tomato ketchup to taste

How to Make Easy Shrimp Fried rice

  • Boil rice in slightly salted water for 20 minutes. Drain the cooked rice
  • Heat oil and saute the prawns and vegetables.
  • Add the cooked rice and stir well.
  • Add sauces, stir thoroughly.
