Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg- shrimp, cooked
  • 3 cups - uncooked white Rice
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Green peas
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 6 cups - water
  • soy sauce to taste
  • chilli sauce to taste
  • Tomato ketchup to taste
  • How to Make Easy Shrimp Fried rice:

    1. Boil rice in slightly salted water for 20 minutes. Drain the cooked rice
    2. Heat oil and saute the prawns and vegetables.
    3. Add the cooked rice and stir well.
    4. Add sauces, stir thoroughly.
