  • 5-6 - medium Potatoes
  • 1 cup - grated or crushed Paneer
  • 4-5 - Green chillies
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 2-3 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - crushed Red Chilli
  • 1 sprig - Spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Butter or Ghee
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • salt
  • How to Make Easy Stuffed Paneer Potatoes:

    1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
    2. Pressure cook for one whistle only. Cut out a round lid from the potato. Use a potato scooper and scoop out the inside leaving a thick wall.
    3. Mix the scooped potato, paneer, green chillies and salt well. Carefully stuff the mixture in the potatoes close mouth with the lid.
    4. Heat ghee or butter, add the crushed chilli, garlic and ginger. Fry for a minute.
    5. Add the spring onion, sauce, sugar and salt. Carefully slide potatoes in and ensure that they are coated with the seasoning.
    6. Before serving transfer carefully to a casserole and bake in a hot oven for 7-8 minutes. Serve hot with garlic rolls and tomato soup.
