  • 2 small sweet potatoes
  • 750 ml full cream milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • Pistachios and almond slivers
  • Few strands of saffron

How to Make Easy Sweet Potato Kheer

  • Wash, peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
  • Heat milk in a pan and add the sweet potato pieces.
  • Cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally.
  • Mash the sweet potato pieces when cooked.
  • Add the sugar, cook for some time.
  • Serve hot or cold garnished with almonds, pistachios and saffron.
