How to Make Easy Tandoori Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken thighs with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice for half an hour.
  • Put a kadai and add 3 teaspoons of oil into it.
  • Put the marinated chicken into the kadai and let the chicken cook.
  • In the meantime, mix the corn flour and food colour in cold milk.
  • When the chicken is done, pour the corn flour mixture on to the chicken and see that the mixture is spread on the chicken pieces evenly.
  • Take the chicken thighs and fry them in oil till the crust is hard enough.
  • Garnish with sliced onions and fried chillies.
