How to Make Egg and Mushroom Scramble

  • Melt the butter and fry the onions, mushrooms and capsicum for a few mins
  • Add the tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves
  • Season with soya sauce and salt and fry till the liquid is absorbed.
  • Beat the eggs lightly and add.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are creamy and set
  • Serve immediately
