Ingredients

  • 8 - Egg
  • 1 tin - button Mushroom
  • 1 - Capsicum chopped
  • 1 - large Tomato chopped
  • 2 - Green chilli
  • 1 small bunch - coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • How to Make Egg and Mushroom Scramble:

    1. Melt the butter and fry the onions, mushrooms and capsicum for a few mins
    2. Add the tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves
    3. Season with soya sauce and salt and fry till the liquid is absorbed.
    4. Beat the eggs lightly and add.
    5. Cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are creamy and set
    6. Serve immediately
