Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 2 cup - salami
  • 7 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Celery
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper powder as per taste
  • 3/4 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup - Cream
  • 1/2 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil powder

How to Make Egg Au Gratin

  • Coarsely chop the salami.
  • Heat butter in pan.
  • Saute the salami in butter, till light brown.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Mix all the ingredients in the eggs.
  • Pour the mixture in greased baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 35 mins.
  • Remove and serve with toasted bread.
