Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 2 cup - salami
  • 7 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Celery
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper powder as per taste
  • 3/4 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup - Cream
  • 1/2 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil powder
  • How to Make Egg Au Gratin:

    1. Coarsely chop the salami.
    2. Heat butter in pan.
    3. Saute the salami in butter, till light brown.
    4. Drain and keep aside.
    5. Beat the eggs.
    6. Mix all the ingredients in the eggs.
    7. Pour the mixture in greased baking dish.
    8. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 35 mins.
    9. Remove and serve with toasted bread.
