  • Eggs - 3
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Salt
  • Grated cheese - 1 tbsp
  • Italian spices, oregano and paprika
  • Butter - 1 tbsp

How to Make Egg Bambilo

  • Beat the eggs well along with milk until it turns fluffy
  • To this add salt, finely cut onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Melt some butter in a non-stick shallow pan and pour the egg mixture to make an omelette
  • Sprinkle grated cheese, oregano and paprika over it
  • Cook over a slow fire, until the egg is golden brown.
  • Serve it hot with hot toasts and with finger chips
