How to Make Egg Curry with Green Mutter

  • Grind onion, garlic and ginger.
  • Fry them in hot oil till light brown.
  • Add peas, salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste and fry till the oil is separated.
  • Add 250 g full cream milk and cook for 5-7 minutes Keep stirring continuously.
  • Now add boiled egg into this mixture and kitchen king masala.
  • Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves
