Ingredients

  • 4 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup - macaroni
  • 1 cup - grated cheese
  • 2 - chopped Green chillies
  • 4 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Mint
  • 1.5 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - fine black pepper
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • hot and sweet ketchup

How to Make Egg-Macaroni Chaat

  • Boil macaroni till soft and then cook with grated cheese until well mixed (option: make 1 cup of cheese macaroni)
  • Cut boiled eggs in small pieces - say 8 pieces of 1 egg.
  • Mix together the cooked macaroni (let it cool before mixing), eggs, coriander, mint, masala, salt, pepper and two tbsp ketchup.
  • Mix slowly in a large bowl.
  • A slight variation - use coriander chutney along with the ketchup.
  • Serve cold.
