Ingredients

  • 3 - Egg
  • 2 - onions, ground
  • 8 - garlic, ground
  • Whole Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 4 - Green chillies, slit
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Cream
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg Malai

  • Hard boil eggs, cool and cut into halves
  • Heat ghee, fry egg halves lightly and remove
  • In the same ghee, put whole garam masala.
  • Then fry onion and garlic paste together. Add tomatoes.
  • When the ghee starts separating, put slit green chillies, chilli powder and salt.
  • Pour milk. Now add the fried eggs, when it boils, turn off the gas and put the cream. Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
