How to Make Egg Paneer Noodles

  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute
  • Add garam masala powder, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and fry well.
  • Add onions and fry till it becomes translucent
  • Add cut tomatoes and allow this to boil
  • Later add grated paneer after a while
  • Fry for 2 mins
  • Scramble eggs with pepper and salt
  • Now the egg paneer mixture ix ready
  • Now prepare noodles with necessary water and masala (in the noodles pack or veg/chicken stock)
  • Add the egg paneer mix and mix for 3 mins and allow it to blend with boiled noodles
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
