How to Make Egg Plant Dal

  • Boil the eggplant and dal separately in the pressure cooker.
  • Heat kadai, pour oil and splutter mustard, cumin, red chillies and then saute the sliced onions till transparent.
  • Then add the green pepper and boiled brinjal and fry for a while.
  • Now add coriander powder and finally dal and salt.
  • Simmer on flame till done.
