Ingredients

  • 2 - small potatoes, peeled and diced in small pieces
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • For beaten mixture:
  • 1/8 tsp - Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • How to Make Egg-Potato Scramble:

    1. In a microwave pan, mix together potatoes, onion and chillies.
    2. Cover with microwave plastic wrap.
    3. Microwave for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove from microwave and remove the wrap.
    5. Pour the beaten mixture over the potato mixture.
    6. Wrap the pan again with plastic.
    7. Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring every two minutes.
    8. Remove and serve hot.
