Ingredients

  • 2 -eggs, separated
  • 1/8 tsp- white pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp -salt
  • 1/2 cup -milk
  • 1.5 tsp- Honey
  • 1 cup- Corn
  • 1/2 tbsp -plain flour
  • 1/4 cup- grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp -bread crumbs
  • How to Make Egg Souffle:

    1. Blend the egg yolk, milk, salt, honey, corn, flour and pepper powder.
    2. In a different bowl, beat egg whites till stiff.
    3. Mix together yolk mixture, egg whites and 3/4 of cheese.
    4. Pour in a greased baking dish.
    5. Garnish with remaining cheese and top with bread crumbs.
    6. Bake in preheated oven at 350 C for 30 mins (or till golden brown).
    7. Serve.
