Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 2 - Onions
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • A pinch - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • How to Make Egg Tava Curry:

    1. Chop onions, green chillies and tomatoes and fry all of them in oil on a hot tawa
    2. Add all other ingredients mentioned. Mash them with a masher till the mixture becomes smooth
    3. Break the eggs and pour into the mixture, stir and cover with a lid
    4. Cook for 2 mins
    5. Move to a bowl and serve hot with chapattis.
