  • 3 - ripe Bananas (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup - vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 cup (chopped) - Walnuts
  • How to Make Eggless banana walnut bread:

    1. Preheat the oven at 350 F. In a mixer, add the mashed bananas, oil, vanilla and sugar and mix well.
    2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, salt and soda together.
    3. Add this to the banana mixture and mix well until the flour is well blended.
    4. Do not overbeat. Add the walnuts and mix well.
    5. Pour the mixture in the loaf pan and bake for around 45 mins.
    6. Baking time would vary depending on the size of the pan.
    7. Check the bread with the toothpick. Cool it for 10 mins in the pan and then remove it on a wire rack and let it cool completely.
