Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Puffed Rice
  • 1 cup - Whole Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 cup - Buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp - Dark chocolate powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil or Butter for cooking

How to Make Eggless Chocolate Wheat Pancakes

  • Soak the puffed rice in buttermilk for an hour.
  • Grind the soaked puffed rice with buttermilk into a fine paste.
  • Take the paste in a bowl, add the honey, whole wheat flour, baking soda, dark chocolate powder and salt.
  • Stir until they turn into a thick batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and gently drop enough batter for pancakes.
  • Drizzle oil or butter if needed and cook well on both sides.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup or nutella spread.
