  • 1 cup - Puffed Rice
  • 1 cup - Whole Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 cup - Buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp - Dark chocolate powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Oil or Butter for cooking
  • How to Make Eggless Chocolate Wheat Pancakes:

    1. Soak the puffed rice in buttermilk for an hour.
    2. Grind the soaked puffed rice with buttermilk into a fine paste.
    3. Take the paste in a bowl, add the honey, whole wheat flour, baking soda, dark chocolate powder and salt.
    4. Stir until they turn into a thick batter.
    5. Heat a non-stick pan and gently drop enough batter for pancakes.
    6. Drizzle oil or butter if needed and cook well on both sides.
    7. Serve warm with maple syrup or nutella spread.
