  • 2 cups - Whole milk
  • 1 cup - Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups - Dulce de leche

How to Make Eggless Dulce De Leche Ice Cream

  • Heat the whole milk and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the dulce de leche and cook for a few minutes.
  • Now, keep it aside and let it cool completely.
  • Whisk the heavy cream and dulce de leche-milk mixture together well for a few minutes.
  • Now, transfer this mixture to a stainless box or in a box and arrange in freezer for an hour.
  • After an hour, take out the slightly frozen ice-cream and beat them for a few seconds in a blender and pour it again to the box. Freeze it overnight.
