  • 2 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 200 g - Chocolate bar (broken into pieces)
  • 1 cup - Low-fat Cream or yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp - Flaxseed meal
  • 6 tbsp - Hot water
  • Confectioner's Sugar (for dusting)
  • How to Make Eggless Easy Chocolate Cake:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F. Beat the butter, sugar until they turn smooth.
    2. Meanwhile, sieve the flour with baking soda and baking powder and keep aside.
    3. Mix the flaxseed meal in the hot water and make a thick paste and keep aside.
    4. Now, add the low-fat cream to the smooth butter-sugar mixture and beat for a while.
    5. Melt the chocolate pieces in a microwave oven with a tablespoon of water.
    6. Now, add the flaxseed paste and melted chocolate, and whisk everything well.
    7. Gradually add the sieved flour and stir it with a spatula. Don't whisk.
    8. Pour this cake batter in a greased round mould and bake for 20-25 minutes in a middle rack until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
    9. Dust the cake while serving.
