Beat together the butter and grounded sugar (or confectioner's sugar) until soft and creamy. Mix together in a large bowl the quick cooking oats, wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, grounded almond nuts and grated carrots.
Add the creamed sugared butter, ginger powder and apple sauce slowly to the flour mixture and make everything into a soft dough.
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Line a baking sheet over a baking pan and grease the sheet.
Take a small portion from the dough and roll small golf-sized balls of it.
Place these rolled dough over the greased baking sheet leaving some space between them and bake for 15-20 minutes in middle rack or until they turn golden brown.
