Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - Maida
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1.5 cup - Mango puree
  • 1/3 cup - oil
  • 2/3 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Eggless Mango cake

  • Sift the flour, salt and baking powder along with cardamom powder.
  • Mix the oil, sugar, mango puree till the sugar dissolves.
  • Gently mix with the flour.
  • Transfer this to a baking tin and bake in a 180 degrees preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Cool it on a wire rack.
