  • 2 cups - heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup - mascarpone cheese
  • 20 - Oreo biscuits, broken into small pieces

How to Make Eggless Mascarpone Oreo Ice Cream

  • Whisk the heavy cream, sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  • Now add the mascarpone cheese, whisk everything well.
  • Pour this mixture in a stainless steel bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
  • In a blender, beat the slightly frozen ice cream for few minutes.
  • Finally add the broken Oreo biscuits, give a quick stir and pour again to the box and freeze it overnight.
