  • 1 cup - quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup - whole Wheat pastry flour
  • 2 tbsp - all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Water
  • Salt
  • How to Make Eggless Oat flour and Sesame Cookies:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    2. Grind the quick cooking oats as fine powder.
    3. In a bowl mix the ground oats flour, whole wheat pastry flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, sesame seeds, salt and baking powder.
    4. Gradually add olive oil and water and knead everything as soft dough.
    5. Let this dough sit for half an hour.
    6. Roll the dough with rolling pin as a large disc, cut the dough as cookies with a cookie cutter.
    7. Arrange the uncooked cookies over the baking sheet, leave some space between each cookies and bake for 15-20 minutes.
