Ingredients

  • 1 cup - quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup - whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 tbsp - all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • Water
  • Salt

How to Make Eggless Oat flour and Sesame Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Grind the quick cooking oats as fine powder.
  • In a bowl mix the ground oats flour, whole wheat pastry flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, sesame seeds, salt and baking powder.
  • Gradually add olive oil and water and knead everything as soft dough.
  • Let this dough sit for half an hour.
  • Roll the dough with rolling pin as a large disc, cut the dough as cookies with a cookie cutter.
  • Arrange the uncooked cookies over the baking sheet, leave some space between each cookies and bake for 15-20 minutes.
