Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - maida
  • 1/4 cup - whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 cup - butter
  • 1.25 cups - milk
  • 1/4 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp - quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup - raisins, chopped
  • 1.25 tsp - Eno fruit salt
  • 1/3 cup - sugar

How to Make Eggless Raisin Muffins

  • Sieve the flour twice along with baking powder to ensure even mixing.
  • Beat the sugar and butter till it becomes creamy.
  • Add the eno fruit salt followed by a tbsp of water.
  • Mix gently and pour this in muffin liners.
  • Add few raisins on the top
  • Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.
  • Bake for 15- 20 mins. Mine got done in 18 mins.
  • Once done, cool them in wire rack.
  • I packed these muffins for my kids snack box and they loved it a lot.
