  • 12 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp - Active Dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1.5 cups - Luke warm water
  • 2tbp - Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp - Brown packed Sugar
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • Tutti frutti (as per need)
  • How to Make Eggless Tutti Frutti Cinnamon Rolls:

    1. In a small bowl, add the active yeast, sugar and salt in lukewarm water, stir it and keep it aside, let it sit for 5 minutes until it turns foamy.
    2. In a bowl add all-purpose flour and melted butter.
    3. Gradually add the foamy yeast to the flour and knead into a dough.
    4. Dust the dough with flour ad required and knead for few minutes until its turns soft.
    5. Arrange the dough in a greased bowl, let it sit for an hour in a warm place.
    6. Once the dough rises, sprinkle a little flour and knead again for few more minutes.
    7. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and brush the butter over the flattened dough and sprinkle the packed brown sugar, tutti frutti, cinnamon powder over the dough.
    8. Roll the dough into a loaf.
    9. Slice the dough into thin slices as desired.
    10. Arrange the slices on a greased baking mould.
    11. Cover it with a plastic wrap and let it sit again for an hour until it doubles in volume.
    12. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    13. Arrange the baking pan in the middle rack and bake the uncooked rolls for 25-30 minutes until it turns golden brown.
    14. Let it cool on a rack.
    15. Serve with cup of tea or warm chocolate.
