  • 12 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp - Active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1.5 cups - Luke warm water
  • 2tbp - Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp - Brown packed sugar
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • Tutti frutti (as per need)

How to Make Eggless Tutti Frutti Cinnamon Rolls

  • In a small bowl, add the active yeast, sugar and salt in lukewarm water, stir it and keep it aside, let it sit for 5 minutes until it turns foamy.
  • In a bowl add all-purpose flour and melted butter.
  • Gradually add the foamy yeast to the flour and knead into a dough.
  • Dust the dough with flour ad required and knead for few minutes until its turns soft.
  • Arrange the dough in a greased bowl, let it sit for an hour in a warm place.
  • Once the dough rises, sprinkle a little flour and knead again for few more minutes.
  • Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and brush the butter over the flattened dough and sprinkle the packed brown sugar, tutti frutti, cinnamon powder over the dough.
  • Roll the dough into a loaf.
  • Slice the dough into thin slices as desired.
  • Arrange the slices on a greased baking mould.
  • Cover it with a plastic wrap and let it sit again for an hour until it doubles in volume.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Arrange the baking pan in the middle rack and bake the uncooked rolls for 25-30 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • Let it cool on a rack.
  • Serve with cup of tea or warm chocolate.
