Ingredients

  • 250 g-prawn.
  • 3- Onions medium sized.
  • 2 tsp-chilli powder.
  • 4 tsp- coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp- mustard powder.
  • 1/2 cup- ground coconut.
  • 3 tbsp - oil.
  • coriander leaves.
  • salt.
  • How to Make Everyday Prawn Curry:

    1. In a pan, mix prawn, all the powders, finely cut onions, oil, and salt and let it cook till the oil separates from it.
    2. Add the ground coconut with it and keep it in the fire till it becomes a thick gravy.
    3. Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves with cooked rice, chapatti or puri.
