Ingredients

  • For fruit platter:
  • 250 g - melon
  • 250 g - mangoes
  • 250 g - Bananas
  • 25 g - berries
  • 250 g - Pineapple
  • 250 g - kiwi
  • Mint leaves
  • For sorbet:
  • 125 ml - water
  • 125 g - sweet 'n' low or Sugar
  • 375 g - plain Yoghurt
  • 155 g - sour Cream
  • 20 ml - Lime juice
  • coriander leaves, finely chopped

How to Make Exotic Fruit Platter and Yoghurt Coriander Sorbet

  • For fruit platter:
  • Wash and peel the fruit.
  • Cut them into shapes and arrange nicely on a plate.
  • For sorbet:
  • Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Take off the heat and let it cool down.
  • Freeze in an ice-cream maker.
