Ingredients

  • For fruit platter:
  • 250 g - melon
  • 250 g - mangoes
  • 250 g - Bananas
  • 25 g - berries
  • 250 g - Pineapple
  • 250 g - kiwi
  • Mint leaves
  • For sorbet:
  • 125 ml - water
  • 125 g - sweet 'n' low or Sugar
  • 375 g - plain Yoghurt
  • 155 g - sour Cream
  • 20 ml - Lime juice
  • coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • How to Make Exotic Fruit Platter and Yoghurt Coriander Sorbet:

    1. For fruit platter:
    2. Wash and peel the fruit.
    3. Cut them into shapes and arrange nicely on a plate.
    4. For sorbet:
    5. Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
    6. Take off the heat and let it cool down.
    7. Freeze in an ice-cream maker.
