How to Make Fast Food

  • Cut the idlis into small cubes.
  • Chop 2 green chillies, fry them in 3 tsps of oil. Add cumin to taste, half the chopped onion, a bit of asafoetida, and fry till brown.
  • Add in the idlis in and toss till they get mixed properly.
  • Sprinkle over the remaining onion, and serve with a piece of lime and cilantro
