  • Chicken - 800 gm
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • ajwain - 1 tsp
  • red pepper - 1 tsp
  • Lime - 1
  • chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 2 sliced round for garnishing

How to Make Fat Free Roast Chicken

  • Wash and prick the chicken with fork. Beat the curd and egg separately. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except lime and chaat masala.
  • Cover the chicken tightly and keep it in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
  • Set the microwave on grill combination and place the chicken on the grill.
  • Cook for 12 minutes. Turn over and grill the other side.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and garnish with onion rings and mint leaves. Serve hot with corriander mint chutney.
