Ingredients

  • 250 g - fresh fenugreek leaves
  • 50 g - besan
  • 50 g - wheat flour
  • 5 g - roasted sesame
  • 1 tsp - green chilli and ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - curd
  • 1 pinch - sugar
  • salt
  • 1 pinch - soda
  • 1 tbsp - coriander jeera powder
  • oil

How to Make Fenugreek Leaves Vada

  • Cut the fenugreek leaves into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl, add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd and all the spices.
  • Mix well, adding water, and make small balls.
  • Deep fry these balls and serve with chutney and sauce.
