Ingredients

  • 250 g - fresh Fenugreek leaves
  • 50 g - besan
  • 50 g - Wheat flour
  • 5 g - roasted sesame
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli and Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - Curd
  • 1 pinch - Sugar
  • salt
  • 1 pinch - soda
  • 1 tbsp - coriander Jeera powder
  • oil
  • How to Make Fenugreek Leaves Vada:

    1. Cut the fenugreek leaves into small pieces.
    2. Take a bowl, add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd and all the spices.
    3. Mix well, adding water, and make small balls.
    4. Deep fry these balls and serve with chutney and sauce.
