Ingredients

  • 50 g - whole Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 cup - mixture of coriander and Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Pinch - Sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala.
  • How to Make Fenugreek seed salad:

    1. Soak the fenugreek seeds for 5 to 6 hours. Drain and dry it.
    2. Take a bowl, add the fenugreek seeds, chopped tomato, onion, and carrot. Mix well.
    3. Then add the chopped chilli, coriander and mint leaves, salt, sugar, lemon juice and chaat masala.
    4. Toss it well and serve.
