Ingredients

  • 50 g - whole fenugreek seeds
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - mixture of coriander and mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • Pinch - sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala.

How to Make Fenugreek seed salad

  • Soak the fenugreek seeds for 5 to 6 hours. Drain and dry it.
  • Take a bowl, add the fenugreek seeds, chopped tomato, onion, and carrot. Mix well.
  • Then add the chopped chilli, coriander and mint leaves, salt, sugar, lemon juice and chaat masala.
  • Toss it well and serve.
