Ingredients

  • 4-5 - fresh red chillies
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 1 inch - ginger
  • 3-4 - cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp - peanut powder (roast groundnuts and grind)
  • 1 bowl - curd
  • salt to taste

How to Make Fiery Red Chilli Chutney

  • Cut the chillies into rough pieces and shallow fry in 1 tsp oil for 2-3 minutes. Also fry jeera and garlic with it.
  • Make a paste with garlic, ginger, salt and jeera.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add curds and peanut powder and mix well.
  • This hot, sour chutney goes well with parathas, roti or even plain dal rice.
