  • 4-5 - fresh Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 3-4 - Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tsp - Peanut powder (roast groundnuts and grind)
  • 1 bowl - Curd
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Fiery Red Chilli Chutney:

    1. Cut the chillies into rough pieces and shallow fry in 1 tsp oil for 2-3 minutes. Also fry jeera and garlic with it.
    2. Make a paste with garlic, ginger, salt and jeera.
    3. Transfer to a bowl, add curds and peanut powder and mix well.
    4. This hot, sour chutney goes well with parathas, roti or even plain dal rice.
