Ingredients

  • 500 g - fish, approx 4 pieces
  • 2 cube - cheese
  • 2 - onion, big, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 6 - peppercorn
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt and sugar to taste

How to Make Fish balls with Cheese Gravy

  • Rub the fish with the salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the fish and keep aside
  • Fry the peppercorns lightly and the onions till golden brown
  • Add salt and sugar to taste
  • Crush the cheese and add it to the onion
  • Fry for 2 minutes
  • Add milk and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add fish pieces and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Serve hot
