  • 250 g - fish, boiled and flaked
  • 1.5 tsp - minced Ginger
  • 1 - green onion, minced
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 - Egg lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp - Vinegar
  • How to Make Fish Balls with Sweet and Sour Sauce:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together except soya sauce and vinegar
    2. Knead to a smooth mixture, form round balls and deep fry to a golden colour. Drain well.
    3. Mix together the sauce ingredients and cook over a low fire, stirring all the time till the sauce thickens
    4. Serve the sauce in a separate bowl
