  • 250 g - fish, boiled and flaked
  • 1.5 tsp - minced ginger
  • 1 - green onion, minced
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • 1 - egg lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp - vinegar

How to Make Fish Balls with Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • Mix all the ingredients together except soya sauce and vinegar
  • Knead to a smooth mixture, form round balls and deep fry to a golden colour. Drain well.
  • Mix together the sauce ingredients and cook over a low fire, stirring all the time till the sauce thickens
  • Serve the sauce in a separate bowl
