  • 250 g - fish fillets
  • 1 cup - boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 2 slices - bread
  • 4 flakes - ginger
  • 1 tbsp - black rock salt
  • 1 tbsp - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - garam masala
  • Coriander leaves
  • Groundnut

How to Make Fish Chops

  • Boil the fish fillets in salted water until soft and tender. Then mash the fish and mix with mashed boiled potatoes.
  • Now soak the bread slices in water and take them out gradually and squeeze them
  • Add the mashed bread into the mixture, gradually add all the spices, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt to taste
  • Mix the ingredients well and make small balls
  • Heat oil in a pan and gradually put the balls in the oil and deep fry for 3 mins
  • Take them out and sprinkle some coriander leaves on the chops and serve hot with tomato sauce and coriander chutney
